Invitation suites are available in two different base package combinations, depending on your stationery needs.
3-piece Invitation Base Package Contents:
This option is useful if you’re asking guests to RSVP electronically.
5 x 7” Invitation card and 4.25 x 5.5” Details card, digitally printed on single-thick eggshell finish card stock with ink color of your choice
A7 Euro flap envelope from selection of 12 colors with printed design (printed return address and guest addresses available as an add-on)
5-piece Invitation Base Package Contents:
This option is the most traditional.
5 x 7” Invitation card, 4.25 x 5.5” Details card, and 3.5 x 4.875” RSVP card, digitally printed on single-thick eggshell finish card stock with ink color of your choice
A7 Euro flap outer envelope and 4bar Euro flap RSVP envelope from selection of 12 colors with printed design (printed return, guest, and RSVP addresses available as an add-on)
Base Package Contents:
Hand-calligraphed bride and groom names, digitized and printed as shown
Up to 3 digital proofs, with 2 rounds of edits
Available Add-Ons:
Double-thick paper for Invitation card
Solid color envelope liner for A7 outer envelope
Letterpress printing on cotton paper
Guest, Return, and RSVP address printing

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1 || Complete the Order Form || In the order form below, select your color choices, mailing quantity, and add-ons. Once you hit “submit” on the form, you’ll be prompted to sign a contract, then you’ll be taken to your invoice pay the 50% deposit*.
2 || Submit Wording + Address Spreadsheet || After you sign the contract and pay your deposit, we’ll follow up with access to your client portal, where you can submit your wording and address spreadsheet.
3 || Proofing + Printing || Once your wording has been submitted, we’ll send your Invitation Suite proofs for review within 5-7 business days. To stay within our processing timeline, we request proof edits and/or feedback within 48 hours. Your order includes up to 3 proofs, with additional proofs charged at $55/hour. All of this happens through Dubsado, our client portal system!

*Deposit is required before any work will begin. You can pay directly on the invoice page with a secure e-check from your bank account. We also accept payment via Zelle and paper check. Credit card payments can be enabled upon request but will incur an additional 3% charge. Please contact us after signing your contract if paying by Zelle, paper check, or credit card.
Timeline + shipping:
Timeline: Pre-Designed Collection orders are typically shipped 3-4 weeks after wording and addresses have been submitted (this includes time for up to 3 proofing rounds). Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you think you’ll need rush processing so we can verify availability and lead time.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within the United States at a flat rate of $20; Express or international shipping is available upon request.
