process:
1 || Complete Pricing + Order Form || Select your quantity, color choices, & add-ons in the order form below. Once you hit “submit” on the proposal tab, you’ll be prompted to sign a contract & to pay your 50% deposit on the invoice. If you’d like to set up a phone call with Emily for color palette advice or any other questions you might have, feel free to do that using this link!
2 || Submit Wording + Address Spreadsheet || After you sign the contract & pay your deposit, we’ll follow up with access to your client portal, where you can submit your wording and address spreadsheet. If you’d like to set up a phone call with Emily for wording or address advice, feel free to do that using this link!
3 || Proofing + Printing || Once your wording has been submitted, we’ll send your save the date proofs for review within 5-7 business days. To stay within our processing timeline, we request proof edits and/or feedback within 48 hours. This order includes up to 3 proofs at no charge, with additional proofs charged at $55/hour. All of this happens through our client portal system!
Timeline + shipping:
Timeline: Collection orders are typically shipped 3-4 weeks after wording + addresses have been submitted. Rush orders available for an additional fee.
Shipping: All orders are shipped FedEx insured ground shipping within the US at a flat rate of $20; international shipping available upon request.
